Please help me!

What should everyone know about eating a healthy diet? I want to know the basics to improve my diet in 2009! This is more than a new years resolution: I want to get into good long-term habits and truly feel better.

Any suggestions?!? Where can I go to find the non-contraversial, no-fad, healthy diet information that everyone else seems to know?

Please leave your suggestions...

  1. Hi, great idea! Healthy eating is a foundation of everything - healthy life, healthy relations, ect. What is your own experience with healthy eating? It is always a great idea to share your own ups and downs. Good luck!

  3. Yes, and one more idea - find an affiliate program you feel promoting - they usually offer articles you can use for inspiration. And when you have a product to market you develop your own entries around the product. Its like having direction and not flying blind.
Check these out - all great programs with tons of training and very good commissions:

    3. sells many very good health supplements

All programs are FREE to join. And so, you could start promoting products. Just one word of warning - brand YOU inc., instead of their products - its about YOU, not them http://tinyurl.com/6omsnc
    Hope this helps!

  8. I would suggest that you read Dr. Peter D'Adamo's book Eat Right 4 Your Type. I know it's controversial, but I can honestly say that I feel better when I just eat the types of foods he recommends for my blood type. The other advice I have is this: no white stuff as in sugar, flour, rice. Eat whole grain foods in moderation. Eat mostly raw vegs and fruits, organic if you can afford it, limit dairy products, but don't eliminate them. Really, moderation in everything is key. Eat a moderate amount of meat, fish, poultry, and unprocessed products are much healthier than overprocessed, of course. Avoid all things with MSG, aspartame, other artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, artificial flavors. Use natural sweeteners such as honey, unsulfured molasses, and real maple syrup, in moderation. Once you give up a sugar habit, it really is amazing how good natural things taste without it. (I used to drink LOTS of Pepsi, so I know what a sugar habit is!) This probably doesn't cover it all, but it's a place to start.
